Als eine angemessene Honorierung im Sinne des § 49b Abs. 3 Satz 2 und 3 Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung ist in der Regel eine hälftige Teilung aller anfallenden gesetzlichen Gebühren ohne Rücksicht auf deren Erstattungsfähigkeit anzusehen.
