Die Geschäftsführung kann von den Handelsteilnehmern die Übermittlung von Daten in Bezug auf deren Aufträge für Finanzinstrumente verlangen, soweit dies zur Erfüllung der Anforderungen aus Artikel 25 Absatz 2 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 600/2014 erforderlich ist.
