Recht der juristischen Berufe
Das Präsidium der Bundesnotarkammer besteht aus dem Präsidenten und acht weiteren Mitgliedern. Fünf Mitglieder des Präsidiums müssen hauptberufliche Notare sein, vier Mitglieder müssen Anwaltsnotare sein. Jeweils ein hauptberuflicher Notar und ein Anwaltsnotar amtieren dabei als Vertretung des Präsidenten.
