BNotO
Bundesnotarordnung
(1) Die Vertretung versieht das Amt auf Kosten des Notars. Sie hat ihrer Unterschrift einen sie als Vertretung kennzeichnenden Zusatz beizufügen und Siegel und Stempel des Notars zu gebrauchen.
(2) Die Vertretung soll sich der Ausübung des Amtes insoweit enthalten, als dem von ihr vertretenen Notar die Amtsausübung untersagt wäre.
