Die Notare sind auch zuständig, Geld, Wertpapiere und Kostbarkeiten, die ihnen von den Beteiligten übergeben sind, zur Aufbewahrung oder zur Ablieferung an Dritte zu übernehmen; die §§ 57 bis 62 des Beurkundungsgesetzes bleiben unberührt.
