Die Notare unterstehen, soweit nichts anderes bestimmt ist, ausschließlich den Vorschriften dieses Gesetzes. Sie führen ein Amtssiegel und tragen die Amtsbezeichnung Notarin oder Notar. Ihr Beruf ist kein Gewerbe.
