Recht der juristischen Berufe
(1) Soweit es sich bei Amtstätigkeiten des Notars nicht um Beurkundungen nach dem Beurkundungsgesetz handelt, gilt § 3 des Beurkundungsgesetzes entsprechend.
(2) Der Notar kann sich der Ausübung des Amtes wegen Befangenheit enthalten.
