Für die Übermittlung von personenbezogenen Daten aus einer Vertraulichkeitsbeziehung (§ 21 Absatz 1 Satz 2) an ausländische Stellen sowie über- oder zwischenstaatliche Stellen gilt § 11d entsprechend mit der Maßgabe, dass die Gefahr in § 11d Absatz 1 Satz 2 Nummer 2 konkret ist.
