Bundesministergesetz
Wird die Aufnahme einer Erwerbstätigkeit oder sonstigen Beschäftigung nach § 6b Absatz 1 Satz 1 untersagt, so wird das Übergangsgeld für die Dauer der Untersagung gewährt, sofern sich nicht aus § 14 Absatz 2 Satz 1 ein weitergehender Anspruch ergibt.
