Bundesministergesetz
(1) Die Mitglieder der Bundesregierung und ihre Hinterbliebenen erhalten nach Beendigung des Amtsverhältnisses Versorgung nach den Vorschriften der §§ 14 bis 17.
(2) Soweit nichts anderes bestimmt ist, sind die für die Bundesbeamten geltenden versorgungsrechtlichen Vorschriften sinngemäß anzuwenden.
