Beamtenrecht
(1) Leistungsbezogene Besoldungsinstrumente im Sinne dieser Verordnung sind Leistungsstufe, Leistungsprämie und Leistungszulage.
(2) Besoldungsempfängerinnen und Besoldungsempfänger im Sinne dieser Verordnung sind:
- 1.
- Beamtinnen und Beamte, Soldatinnen und Soldaten,
- 2.
- Richterinnen und Richter, die ihr Amt nicht ausüben,
- 3.
- Staatsanwältinnen und Staatsanwälte.
