Binnenschiffahrtsgesetz
Schiffseigner im Sinne dieses Gesetzes ist der Eigentümer eines zur Schiffahrt auf Flüssen oder sonstigen Binnengewässern bestimmten und hierzu von ihm verwendeten Schiffes.
