Der Gleichstellungsplan dient der Erreichung der Ziele dieses Gesetzes und ist ein wesentliches Instrument der Personalplanung, insbesondere der Personalentwicklung. Seine Umsetzung ist besondere Verpflichtung der Personalverwaltung, der Beschäftigten in Führungspositionen sowie der Dienststellenleitung.
