Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch
(1) Jedem Teilhaber gebührt ein seinem Anteil entsprechender Bruchteil der Früchte.
(2) Jeder Teilhaber ist zum Gebrauch des gemeinschaftlichen Gegenstands insoweit befugt, als nicht der Mitgebrauch der übrigen Teilhaber beeinträchtigt wird.
