Ist der Unternehmer durch einen Verbrauchervertrag gemäß § 327 oder § 327a zur Bereitstellung eines digitalen Produkts verpflichtet, so hat er das digitale Produkt frei von Produkt- und Rechtsmängeln im Sinne der §§ 327e bis 327g bereitzustellen.
