Ist eine Geldschuld in einer bestimmten Münzsorte zu zahlen, die sich zur Zeit der Zahlung nicht mehr im Umlauf befindet, so ist die Zahlung so zu leisten, wie wenn die Münzsorte nicht bestimmt wäre.
