Auf einen Vertrag, durch den ein Erbverzicht aufgehoben wird, findet die Vorschrift des § 2348 und in Ansehung des Erblassers auch die Vorschrift des § 2347 Satz 1 erster Halbsatz, Satz 2 Anwendung.
