Erbrecht
Verzichtet ein Abkömmling oder ein Seitenverwandter des Erblassers auf das gesetzliche Erbrecht, so erstreckt sich die Wirkung des Verzichts auf seine Abkömmlinge, sofern nicht ein anderes bestimmt wird.
