(1) Verkauft ein Miterbe seinen Anteil an einen Dritten, so sind die übrigen Miterben zum Vorkauf berechtigt.
(2) Die Frist für die Ausübung des Vorkaufsrechts beträgt zwei Monate. Das Vorkaufsrecht ist vererblich.
