Stirbt der Erbe vor dem Ablauf der Inventarfrist oder der in § 1996 Abs. 2 bestimmten Frist von zwei Wochen, so endigt die Frist nicht vor dem Ablauf der für die Erbschaft des Erben vorgeschriebenen Ausschlagungsfrist.
