(1) Die Annahme gilt als nicht erfolgt, wenn der Erbe über den Berufungsgrund im Irrtum war.
(2) Die Ausschlagung erstreckt sich im Zweifel auf alle Berufungsgründe, die dem Erben zur Zeit der Erklärung bekannt sind.
