Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch
(1) Die Pflegschaft für einen Abwesenden ist aufzuheben,
- 1.
- wenn der Abwesende an der Besorgung seiner Vermögensangelegenheiten nicht mehr verhindert ist,
- 2.
- wenn der Abwesende stirbt.
(2) Im Übrigen ist eine Pflegschaft aufzuheben, wenn der Grund für ihre Anordnung weggefallen ist.
