(1) Die Annahme als Kind wird auf Antrag des Annehmenden vom Familiengericht ausgesprochen.
(2) Der Antrag kann nicht unter einer Bedingung oder einer Zeitbestimmung oder durch einen Vertreter gestellt werden. Er bedarf der notariellen Beurkundung.
