Wird ein Vertrag notariell beurkundet, ohne dass beide Teile gleichzeitig anwesend sind, so kommt der Vertrag mit der nach § 128 erfolgten Beurkundung der Annahme zustande, wenn nicht ein anderes bestimmt ist. Die Vorschrift des § 151 Satz 2 findet Anwendung.
