Bundeselterngeld- und Elternzeitgesetz
(1) Soweit dieses Gesetz zum Elterngeld keine ausdrückliche Regelung trifft, ist bei der Ausführung des Ersten und Zweiten Abschnitts das Erste Kapitel des Zehnten Buches Sozialgesetzbuch anzuwenden.
(2) § 328 Absatz 3 und § 331 des Dritten Buches Sozialgesetzbuch gelten entsprechend.
