Beamtenrecht
Die Ernennung zur Beamtin auf Lebenszeit oder zum Beamten auf Lebenszeit ist nur zulässig, wenn die Beamtin oder der Beamte sich in einer Probezeit von mindestens sechs Monaten und höchstens fünf Jahren bewährt hat. Von der Mindestprobezeit können durch Landesrecht Ausnahmen bestimmt werden.
