Die Geldbuße kann bis zur Höhe der monatlichen Dienst- oder Anwärterbezüge des Beamten auferlegt werden. Hat der Beamte keine Dienst- oder Anwärterbezüge, darf die Geldbuße bis zu dem Betrag von 500 Euro auferlegt werden.
