Das Oberverwaltungsgericht entscheidet über die Berufung, wenn das Disziplinarverfahren nicht auf andere Weise abgeschlossen wird, auf Grund mündlicher Verhandlung durch Urteil. § 106 der Verwaltungsgerichtsordnung wird nicht angewandt.
