(1) Für den Senat für Disziplinarsachen des Oberverwaltungsgerichts gelten § 46 Abs. 1 und 3 sowie die §§ 47 bis 50 entsprechend.
(2) Für das Bundesverwaltungsgericht gilt § 48 Abs. 1 entsprechend.
