Die Kürzung des Ruhegehalts ist die bruchteilmäßige Verminderung des monatlichen Ruhegehalts des Ruhestandsbeamten um höchstens ein Fünftel auf längstens drei Jahre. § 8 Abs. 1 Satz 2 und 3 sowie Abs. 2 Satz 1 und 4 gilt entsprechend.
