Bundesbeamtengesetz
(1) Beamtinnen und Beamte haben ihre Wohnung so zu nehmen, dass die ordnungsmäßige Wahrnehmung ihrer Dienstgeschäfte nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
(2) Die oder der Dienstvorgesetzte kann, wenn die dienstlichen Verhältnisse es erfordern, anweisen, dass die Wohnung innerhalb einer bestimmten Entfernung von der Dienststelle zu nehmen oder eine Dienstwohnung zu beziehen ist.
