Beamtenrecht
Die Versetzung in den Ruhestand wird von der für die Ernennung zuständigen Stelle verfügt, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist. Die Versetzungsverfügung ist der Beamtin oder dem Beamten schriftlich zuzustellen. Sie kann bis zum Beginn des Ruhestands zurückgenommen werden.
