Beamtenrecht
Der Bundespräsidentin oder dem Bundespräsidenten oder der von ihr oder ihm bestimmten Stelle steht hinsichtlich des Verlustes der Beamtenrechte das Gnadenrecht zu. Wird im Gnadenweg der Verlust der Beamtenrechte in vollem Umfang beseitigt, gilt ab diesem Zeitpunkt § 42 entsprechend.
