Beamtenrecht
Schwangerschaft, Mutterschutz und Elternzeit dürfen sich bei der Einstellung und dem beruflichen Fortkommen nicht nachteilig auswirken. Dies gilt auch für Teilzeit, Telearbeit und familienbedingte Beurlaubung, wenn nicht zwingende sachliche Gründe vorliegen.
