Bundesbeamtengesetz
Dieses Gesetz gilt nicht für die öffentlich-rechtlichen Religionsgesellschaften und ihre Verbände. Diesen bleibt es überlassen, die Rechtsverhältnisse ihrer Beamtinnen und Beamten und Seelsorgerinnen und Seelsorger diesem Gesetz entsprechend zu regeln oder Vorschriften dieses Gesetzes für anwendbar zu erklären.
