Bundesbesoldungsgesetz
Die Ämter der Richter und Staatsanwälte, mit Ausnahme der Ämter der Vertreter des öffentlichen Interesses bei den Gerichten der Verwaltungsgerichtsbarkeit, und ihre Besoldungsgruppen sind in der Bundesbesoldungsordnung R (Anlage III) geregelt. Die Grundgehaltssätze der Besoldungsgruppen sind in Anlage IV ausgewiesen.
