1Mit Geldbuße bis zu fünfhunderttausend Euro kann belegt werden, wer ohne die erforderliche Genehmigung Wohnraum für andere als Wohnzwecke verwendet oder überlässt. 2Mit Geldbuße bis zu fünfzigtausend Euro kann belegt werden, wer entgegen Art. 3 Abs. 1 Auskünfte nicht, nicht richtig oder nicht vollständig erteilt oder Unterlagen nicht oder nicht vollständig vorlegt.
