Bayerisches Waldgesetz
1Auf Flächen, die ausschließlich oder überwiegend für Zwecke der Landesverteidigung bestimmt sind, sind die Vorschriften dieses Gesetzes nur insoweit anzuwenden, als dadurch ihre bestimmungsgemäße Nutzung nicht beeinträchtigt wird. 2Anzuhörende Stelle im Sinn von § 45 Abs. 2 Satz 1 BWaldG sind die unteren Forstbehörden.
