Nach diesem Hauptteil können das Recht auf körperliche Unversehrtheit, das Recht auf Freiheit der Person, das Recht auf Unverletzlichkeit der Wohnung und das Recht auf Eigentum eingeschränkt werden (Art. 2 Abs. 2 Sätze 1 und 2, Art. 13 und 14 des Grundgesetzes, Art. 102 Abs. 1, Art. 106 Abs. 3 und Art. 103 der Verfassung).
