1Rechtsbehelfe haben keine aufschiebende Wirkung, soweit sie sich gegen Maßnahmen richten, die in der Verwaltungsvollstreckung getroffen werden. 2 § 80 Abs. 4, 5, 7 und 8 der Verwaltungsgerichtsordnung gelten entsprechend.
