(1)
Die Verkündung des Urteils erfolgt durch Verlesung der Urteilsformel und Eröffnung der Urteilsgründe am Schluß der Verhandlung oder spätestens nach Ablauf eines Monats nach dem Schluß der Verhandlung.
(2)
Ausfertigungen des Urteils samt Gründen sind dem Landtag, der Staatsregierung und dem Angeklagten zuzustellen.
