1Die Mitglieder des Beirats sind verpflichtet, außerhalb ihres Amtes über alle Angelegenheiten, die ihrer Natur nach vertraulich sind, besonders über Namen und Persönlichkeit der Gefangenen, Verschwiegenheit zu bewahren. 2Dies gilt auch nach Beendigung ihres Amtes.
