1Der sportlichen Betätigung kommt im Jugendstrafvollzug besondere Bedeutung zu. 2Hierfür sind ausreichende Angebote vorzuhalten.
(2)
Junge Gefangene sind, soweit sie dazu körperlich in der Lage sind, zur Teilnahme an Sportveranstaltungen anzuhalten.
(3)
Insbesondere während des Aufenthalts im Freien (Art. 151 Abs. 4) ist den jungen Gefangenen Gelegenheit zur sportlichen Betätigung zu geben.
