Staatsrecht I: Staatsorganisationsrecht
(1)
Vom Landtag beschlossene Verfassungsänderungen sind dem Volk zur Entscheidung vorzulegen.
(2)
Für die Durchführung des Volksentscheids finden die Art. 75, 76 Abs. 1 und 3, Art. 77 Sätze 1 und 2, Art. 78, 80 und 81 entsprechende Anwendung.
(3)
Eine vom Landtag beschlossene Verfassungsänderung ist durch Volksentscheid angenommen, wenn sie mehr gültige Ja-Stimmen als Nein-Stimmen erhält.
