Landeswahlgesetz
(1)
Der Ministerpräsident hat rechtsgültige Volksbegehren innerhalb von vier Wochen namens der Staatsregierung unter Darlegung ihrer Stellungnahme dem Landtag zu unterbreiten.
(2)
In den Fällen des Art. 73 Abs. 2 hat der Ministerpräsident sämtliche Volksbegehren dem Landtag gemeinsam vorzulegen; die Frist des Absatzes 1 beginnt hier mit der Feststellung des Ergebnisses des vom Landeswahlausschuss zuletzt behandelten Volksbegehrens.
