Der Wähler kennzeichnet durch je ein Kreuz oder auf andere eindeutige Weise auf dem Stimmzettel für die Wahl eines Stimmkreisabgeordneten, welchem Stimmkreisbewerber, und auf dem Stimmzettel für die Wahl eines Wahlkreisabgeordneten, welchem Wahlkreisbewerber er seine Stimme geben will.
