1Die Durchführung der Abstimmung und die Ermittlung des Abstimmungsergebnisses sind öffentlich. 2Der Wahlvorstand kann Personen, die Ruhe und Ordnung stören, aus dem Abstimmungsraum verweisen. 3Stimmberechtigten ist zuvor Gelegenheit zur Stimmabgabe zu geben.
