Verordnungen der Gemeinden, Landkreise und Landratsämter sind, wenn sie nicht in Amtsblättern amtlich bekanntgemacht werden, in amtlich beglaubigter Abschrift dem Amtsgericht, der Staatsanwaltschaft und der örtlichen Polizeidienststelle mitzuteilen, in deren Bezirk oder Dienstbereich die Verordnung gilt.
