Mit Geldbuße kann belegt werden, wer vorsätzlich oder fahrlässig in Feld und Flur Vieh oder Hausgeflügel unbefugt auf fremden Grundstücken weiden läßt, soweit die Tat nicht nach anderen Vorschriften mit Strafe bedroht ist.
