Mit Geldbuße bis zu dreitausend Euro kann belegt werden, wer außerhalb von Versammlungen öffentlich Uniformen, Uniformteile oder gleichartige Kleidungsstücke als Ausdruck einer politischen Gesinnung trägt, sofern damit eine einschüchternde Wirkung verbunden ist.
